RENTAL PROPERTY: CARS PARKED ON THE SIDEWALK; THERE IS ALSO A PARKING LOT PROVIDED FOR TENANTS BUT THEY TAKE UP SPACE PARKING ON THE STREET; NEWSPAPERS ON THE ROOF; BOTTLES IN FRONT YARD; FURNITURE OUT FRONT; BROKEN BOTTLES ON THE WALK; TRASH AND JUNK. WHAT ABOUT NEIGHBORHOOD PARKING PERMITS?
The front porch and yard have junk everywhere.
Cases of empty bottles and recycle bin full in yard. Have been there for 2 yrs.
Bags of trash in front and back yard.
Neighbor states that the resident places his trash out over the weekend but the trash is not collected until Wednesday and this happens every week. The trash is placed next to the property line and is killing the grass and is an eyesore
