We have a very large past-due balance on our bill that doesn't make sense to me. We have paid the bill on time every single time since we moved in august 2023. In November there was a leak and we got a statement credit to cover that cost which reduced the bill to zero for that month. but Since then, there has been a large past due balance that I don't really understand. The City (?) plowed the alley to the east of 321 S Eagleson, creating a mound blocking several parking places. Two-fold request if this is in fact a City plow: 1) Please move the mound a little further north to open up private property parking behind 321 S Eagleson. 2) Please advise your plows to refrain from plowing additional snow and blocking the parking areas behind 321 S Eagleson's private parking areas.
