Hello there I hope that everything is going well there, few weeks ago I notified that this tree is sick and some debris have been fell down, the city told me to ask from duke energy and I did it but Duke energy doesn’t wants to take it down, I just asking to trim it to avoid any accidents because beside of my fence several children walking through the trail sidewalk to go to the next trailerhouses Please be concern about children safety

8:04pm, Friday, November 8, 2024: A Marshall Security vehicle came out of Switchyard Park on the west side along Rogers without stopping, turned south on Rogers in front of traffic, and had a single headlight and a single taillight and no turn signals used. This was a small vehicle that has a small truck bed to it they use for patrols. This is not the first time I have seen Marshall Security disregarding traffic laws in that vehicle. Can the City address this? They need to repair the burnt out headlight and taillight as it is illegal to operate a licensed motor vehicle on the streets without those.

A leaking water valve related to lawn irrigation system was discovered during inspection of the system. Apparently was leaking for several summer months. It had a slow leak when system was idling but had a significant leak when irrigation was occurring. I am requesting a bill adjustment for at least September and October water and sewer service, though the problem likely started in July. We've located and marked the alligatoring of the asphalt near the easement in this area. The easement flags have been placed. Asphalt is painted. ... Now High is the detour of the Sare Rd traffic. Traffic has doubled on S High. Any plans to fill these potholes and alligatored asphalt before winter? JFC. Seriously. This is one of the most heavily trafficked roads in the town.
