Courtesy Pick up. sent roy. resident is elderly and we missed her yard waste pick up and it had got wet turned over was blowing down street. We had a bad storm today.

Courtesy Pick up. sent roger out to get. resident called in this am was told this was not her week she did not like that, told her the pick up week had changed to every other week. She call PW and call was transferred to Shelby and he sent roger out. She was not happy
