My understanding is that even Oaklawn Park is an owner-occupied community - if there are a certain percentage of rentals then municipal state or federal mandates about blocked sidewalks must be followed. Maybe they do anyway I don’t know. Thx
Owners have not been home since around 11am on 11/28. Their dog has been left outside since in below freezing temperatures. Unsure if any food/water was left out.

Hello, this is in reference to #199395 that my wife submitted. it appears that they only had covered over less than half of the bad road. Our neighbors yard was also just run over the other day and somebody came back to put hay on it. Our curb also gets run over and has damaged our trees before. This is to ask if we could put some sort of guard rail or not a rail, but a guard pole to keep cars off of our properties. And to report the unfinished roadwork. Thanks for your time. Hi, this is not a big deal today, but you have always salted the street at least to the bottom of the hill. I realize it's a dead end street, but they stopped just before the hill last night. I hope they will go a little further next time so it will be easier to get up the hill if the road gets really bad. Thanks for all you do!
trash needs picked up from winslow and south walnut intersect6ion, and going east on winslow on the north side of road. ihave been keeping that clean for a long time, along with many other locations in town. i cant do this by myself . also areas on country club need some help. ill do the best i can to help but the city and other voulenteer crews are going to have to help. i care about the way our city looks. i get up many mornings at 3:30 an 4:00 and go out and pick up areas before traffic gets started. please understand im not saying that others have not helped. but im doing alot, which was my own decision. this is important for our town, thanks for your time.
There's a pothole here that so deep it probably leads to China. It's been there for over a year and no one will fill it. It's at entrance/exit of the old movie theater. It fills with water and then does not appear to be a hole. Someone is either going to hurt themselves walking or damage their car it's so deep.
There are two deeper pot holes heading north on Sare just before E. David Dr. Been there about 3 weeks and getting deeper. On the right side in line with passenger side tires.
