Patterson Pointe Senior Residence is a smoke free building, however occupants of unit 410 have been smoking in their apartment since they moved in which was July 2024. The occupants are a man and woman, and they both smoke. I live on the same floor; and at time the hallway is foggy with smoke. It is a fire hazard...the management has been told at least 5 times since July, each time she said she talked to them. They have not stopped...The lease is clear that violation of the smoking policy will result in immediate eviction. Please help us with this problem...thank you

Hello, There are two issues actually. 1) at the corner of Smith and S Morton has a hole on the road is the width of a car. It cause issues for bicycles and cars. It’s been patched up over the years and it’s been worse. 2) i also wanted to mention that there are always weeds growing as a result of the erosion like hole.

A leaking water valve related to lawn irrigation system was discovered during inspection of the system. Apparently was leaking for several summer months. It had a slow leak when system was idling but had a significant leak when irrigation was occurring. I am requesting a bill adjustment for at least September and October water and sewer service, though the problem likely started in July. The curb at the corner of Landmark and Arch Haven is very steep, about 3 inches of rise at an angle probably close to 70°. Landmark Ave has many medical facilities and this path is the one people would travel on between Adams and 3rd St where transit vehicles provide access. It should be smoothed out to provide a safer ramp for people with mobility devices and unsure footing.
