Front yard was mowed a week ago. BACK YARD has not been mowed for two years. Elderly owner now piling trash and junk in the back yard. He also has a large dog chained in the back yard, and the smell of dog feces is very strong.

Says the front of her property has been damaged by storage & removal of gravel, etc. Wants her lawn repaired. Has spoken with Doug Jones who said Mike Farmer would call her.
