Our property located at 805-807 N Smith Rd has a blind driveway. As you can see in the picture, you are NOT able to see oncoming vehicles as you try to exit the driveway. This needs to be cleared and/or needs a sign near the convenience store about a blind drive. It is very dangerous.
This is a follow-up. The initial report through this portal was on 2/11/19. It is case #167396. This situation is about to get worse as the weather improves and the vegetation begins to grow. This is very dangerous and needs attention. This is the text from my original report: Our property located at 805-807 N Smith Rd has a blind driveway. I live at 503 W 16 th St. my neighbors park on the street as well as the neighbors across the street from them. It makes it hard to see and pass thru and there is a lot of traffic on my street. There isn’t a sign telling the street name either at 16th and Madison St
Very dark in Park Ridge East at night. Recent crime. Can we get a street or Park light? Thank you
Bushes partially obstructing sidewalk 800 block of North Plymouth road. Need trimmed back.
Resident of neighborhood called about Stop sign and line of sight issue.
Stop sign has big cardboard poster on it. N Smith
913 W. 11th St. NOT 1001. I can't get the GIS to point to 913. Photo taken 6/20 This still has not been cut back despite Jo Stong saying that it would. Still can't see safely to turn from Orris to 11th St. The wheelchair ramp is also obstructed. You seem to have an issue getting Michael to respect the city.
A resident called and complained of trees needing to be cut down and general issues seeing stop/street signs in the area. I believe the area that he is describing is the three-way stop at the back entrance to the CVS parking lot. Trees have apparently become overgrown, making the signs difficult to see.
