Hi, There's a couple of large road cuts at the intersection of Lincoln and 6th St. If the city is not planning on filling these any time soon could we at least get the sharp edges softened? I just took possession of a home I bought as sidewalk construction on E. Morningside was being completed. The home is at 4021 E. Morningside. It is my understanding the City redid part of the driveway after having to destroy it for sidewalk work. Unfortunately it appears a corner of the drive (front right / SE) is already cracking/chipping/spalling (see photo). I'm requesting the City patch this up before it continues to flake (not huge now but would like addressed so as not to spread) as an area driven over frequently. Otherwise looks fantastic and very happy with the new sidewalk and drive portion. Great neighborhood addition.
Does the city have a plan for taking in, and disposing of, our old trash bins and cans? Saying that "Residents are encouraged to reuse their old trash cans as yard waste containers" seems ingenuous. How long a yard waste season goes Bloomington have? -- 6 months? Where will I store 2 35-gal. cans and a 20-gal., plus the 3 bins currently used for recycling -- since my garage will be filled up with two 64-vallon containers?
I live at 712 North Washington. I asked for a medium size recycling bin and I got a small one. How can I exchange it? Also my recycling bin was left in the street by the sanitation worker. Is this the new policy?
Residents on my street (Autumn Drive) left old trash cans out to be picked up for the first three weeks of the new sanitation program, but none of them were picked up. Why? Should we continue setting them out every day?
Thank you for new trash/recycling system. It is convenient. I don't have to carry heavy bins. No sorting needed. I'm grateful!

I would like to know who is responsible for signing off on street repair and construction projects.
Missing a street sign (name of street(s)) at the corner of Andrews Circle and Coleman Court South. Without street sign, difficult for service personnel (AT&T, Direct TV, Heating and Air, others) to find homes on Coleman Court. Have had to stand outside and wave down personnel looking for our home at 1544 S. Coleman Court.
