For the past three weeks there have been 3 discarded sofas sitting at the curb in front of 905 S Eastside Dr., and nothing seems to be happening!
- I have left a voice mail for the (former?) ReMax caretaker, Mike Hensinger, asking for an update, but didn't hear back.
- During this time it has rained 4 times... so it's safe to assume that they are unusable.
- Since this is right across the street from my property where I have lived over 40 years, it's getting a bit depressing to look out of the window! (- since it is also the first year - in all that time! - that a row of cars from the Maxwell Terrace Apts are now parking daily along my side of the street - though that doesn't bother me).

We walked by and saw clear water bubbling up from a hole in the ground near the sidewalk on the south side of the street. Seems like something is broken? Possible water main break?

No trash cans around the barn at all. Especially near the picnic tables. All trash has to be carried back to the small parking lot. Design flaw. Maintenance trucks can drive up to the barn. Put a couple trash cans there.

Blocked Street
421 S Woodlawn AVE
- Case Date:
- 8/25/2024
Car is parked facing against the flow of traffic, in a no-parking zone, forcing drivers to be unable to park in the right area outside of their residence and causing safety issues with the flow of traffic down Woodlawn Avenue. Car has been parked for multiple hours and has not been removed. It is blocking the street from being used properly. I have not been able to park since I left this morning and when I left this morning I almost got hit by a car trying to squeeze into my car as well as having people almost get in accidents over this.
