228 North Sheffield. A huge trash container has been in the driveway for literally a year now at least I imagine. Surely there is some limit on PERMANENT placement of a personal mini-dump, aka giant trash container, in a public visible area? Both for health and aesthetic. I understand even a couple months if something big is happening, but not permanent placement of trash. Can someone please request the homeowner if nothing else can be done to please move it? And route this concern to City officials if not against some city ordinance? I think we have a neighborhood officer Norm if he can knock and see what their plan for it is. Hello, I have a couple of questions I would like to see if you can address. First, there are two Lime scooters at the corner of Orris and Monroe that have been there for 4 days. Is it possible to have these impounded? They are an eye sore and blocking the sidewalk. Next, will the orange fence around the vacant lot at the corner of 14th and Monroe be removed anytime soon? This is also an eyesore. I am asking only because it makes this part of town look messy and I do not think it deserves that reputation. Thank you for your time.

Hello, I live on Euclid Ave and have to make frequent turns onto W 2nd St. On the corner of these streets, across from the church there are overgrown plants/weeds beyond the sidewalk. It's impossible to see any cars coming from the left while on Euclid Ave. The hill makes it difficult but the plants take any vision left. I've accidentally almost involved myself in accidents due to this. I and I'm sure others would appreciate the obstruction be removed if at all possible.

There is a disturbing message spray-painted on a bridge over Adams St. that reads "visualize dead landlords." (It is the bridge that has Hoagy Carmichael's Star Dust song on it.) It has been there at least one month. It seems to me that it would be good to smudge it out. Thanks for your attention.

Unit 3351. This trash has been here all week and it’s spilled onto patio which the rain washed down the swale into the area behind my unit. I reported to Tempo on Friday it was still here this morning. This was the 2nd. time I have reported to Tempo but I decided to file a UReport this time. I want the neighborhood to look normal this Summer for my Child. He would be embarrassed around his friends back there. Thanks

Second trash bag this week. First is in background. Mother’s Day weekend unsightly. Unit 3351 Oaklawn Circle. I wish to remain anonymous. These neighbors create a lot of stress their twin toddlers get a hold of key fob and repeatedly honk horn. I will address that later and I wish to remain anonymous thanks

The city came to do an inspection and added replace the drop tiles in bathroom ceiling. They never came to fix it . Was supposed to October 10th. On 11/20/2023 I was taking a shower and the ceiling caved in and a baby raccoon came in with it. I’ve contacted the landlord they are supposed to fix it but they already knew of the raccoon problem. I have a video of the raccoons up there as well as the list showing that the city asked them to fix it

Wilton Drive: The pavement has washed away due to the water being directed from Arden Hills into our neighborhood. Please advise when our street will be re-paved.
