Would it be possible to place one or more trash cans at the bus stop that is closest and on the side of the Brew House on College Mall Rd? The bus stop area is littered with trash. Compare this to the nice trash cans that are available at both bus stops closest to Kroger (Jackson Creek one) on Covenanter.
09/27/2021: Same individual called again to complain about property over growth.
The two building directly to the north of my building are currently unsafe with multiple viewings of homeless and users coming and going from in between the buildings. It's not safe for anybody to be back there with the activity that happens daily. The light on that property is also out and there have been homeless camping in the unkept wooded area behind my property that is owned by the City. I thought that the two buildings were to be torn down at one point, but it seems that the issues were temporarily fixed and the owner was allowed to keep the buildings up. These vagrants are filling the yard with tons of trash, the street has trash in it, a car is almost in the road, it is extremely unsightly.
These residents are leaving trash all over the yard, allowing people to leave it everywhere. It has turned into a massive junk yard.

The owner of this property has let a bunch of homeless people move in and they have trash completely laying all over the front yard, clothes everywhere, the back yard they burn trash and it makes the entire neighborhood smell like burnt plastic.
