Pat reported that she sees Sanitation workers picking up trash WITHOUT stickers--resident puts a sticker on one of multiple cans and Sanitation takes them all. This happens a lot at a big rooming house at Woodlawn and Hunter.

CUSTOMER SAYS THAT TWO WEEK AGO, CBU HAD A MAIN BREAK AND HIS DRIVEWAY WAS TORN UP. HE SAID THAT WE TOLD HIM THAT WE WOULD BE BACK NEXT DAY AND HAVE NOT BEEN BACK.
MISSED PICK-UP/TRASH: SAID HE PUT TRASH OUT WHEN TRUCK WAS 2 HOUSED BEFORE HIS BUT SANITATION WORKER SAID HE WOULDN'T PICK IT UP BECAUSE IT WAS JUST PUT OUT (?)
