Feels this is very careless and she should receive better service for as much money as the city makes off trash. Wants something done about her can lid - she's taken it back in and is going to see if she can find a replacement somewhere.

Complaint about tenants in a rental unit at 1036 S Mitchell (a small blue house) have repeatedly been parking in front of a fire hydrant for a long while, despite offers by the neighbors to show them other places to park.
