The drainage pipe that goes under Monon Dr. at W. Hillside is almost completely stopped up with sand. Also the open drainage ditch which would carry storm water back to Clear Creek is over grown and also filled in with sand. See attached map.

Mon-A/Recycling:(Please pick up! If there's a problem let me know. Resident lives on 515 Hawthorne Dr but sets out trash & recycling on Hunter. Plastics were picked up but metal cans were not. Is there a reason why? Was a notice left? She says she didn't see any notice.
