The cross walk at John Hinkle Place and 10th St (i.e., as you cross 10th) is extremely dangerous. The white lines are very faded such that cars may not be able to see them, and cars frequently fail to stop or even slow down for pedestrians already in the cross walk (not even just waiting to cross). Given that the city bus stop there is also used as an elementary school bus stop, this cross walk could provide a really dangerous situation for children as well as for adults. If the lines for this cross walk could repainted as soon as possible or (even better) if it could get a button to press for flashing lights as you cross, that would be extremely helpful. Thank you very much for your consideration.

Sand and gravel blocking the multi-use path on the bypass near N Dunn St. I dare anyone to bike through this on a road bike. Isn't there a regulation that says the owner of the property must keep the path clear? Sand and gravel are constantly accumulating there.
