There are bags, as well as. lose trash on the property. This seems to be a constant problem. The trash problem has now attracted mice. The citizen has tried to talk to the people with out any results.
Other/Trash: Lady said the 4 bags are tagged. She moved the bags off the sidewalk to the corner vacant lot. Will you pick them up?
