Not sure who to contact for fiber installation issues. The workers installed a plastic access pipe in my front yard in the corner of driveway and sidewalk. Inevitably, a large truck is going to drive over it and crush it, potentially damaging the fiber. They removed the tarp with dirt, so I a now assume they are done? Would like to see this access moved farther from driveway.
Water main pipe burst, again! Reporting excessive water usage and problem!
Driveway was cut to access water leak and gravel was placed in the trench. It has sunk in to the point that I cannot access my garage. The driveway needs to be appropriately repaired. There was no issue with the line running to my house. This is urgent as I have mobility issues and need to park inside my garage.
I am the homeowner and have recently built an attached sunroom with sinks at this address. I need to connect the water pipe from those sinks to the city sewer line, and so would like to request a detailed sewer line map of/around my property, if available. Thanks.
Our office received a call from an individual who reported an issue with a fire hydrant at the address listed. He says he tripped over it and believes it is not up to city code.
Hello I’m researching possibly pouring a concrete slab out my back door & I have a couple questions that I hope will help get me going in the right direction. 1. Who do I need to contact regarding this to get started? The city/county? The HOA? 2. My back door is close to the property line & a large drain. How big could a concrete slab be? The issue is a fire hydrant on 4319 Cricket Knoll Dr. in Gentry Estates. While it doesn't really look like it sticks out that much from the sidewalk (you'll see by the attached photos) as there is a cutout. But if you're blind and your can sway your cane under it and you're moving over to avoid the tree branch, then you can actually not know it's there. The complainant has hit it with the side of his leg three times and has fallen to the sidewalk.

Drunken college students (I bet you wish you had a dollar for every time one of these started that way) pulled a pipe out of the ground from down the block and threw it in my yard during little 5. I know where they pulled it from since I used to pass it on my way to work. It is vertical and has orange spray paint on it and I'm assuming it was used to mark water lines or other utility info under ground.
