Used drug needles have been thrown in my yard. How do I dispose of these and is there any city government agency that cleans this up. They are located on the Woodlawn side of the property.

Wait/Walk signals at Atwater and Woodlawn are confusing. Unless someone happens to press the button before the light changes, the wait signal stays on the whole time. Foreign students get especially confused. The 3rd and Woodlawn wait/walk signals can also be confusing, but are not nearly as bad.
