Hello- Just wanted to chime in that there are cars consistently blocking the bike lane on Washington between 4th and 3rd Sts (still...). Becoming especially bad (again) with students back. thanks
Please correct me if I am wrong, when the sidewalk and utilities were placed on the outside of the west wall of the Covenanter Cemetery, the city was to take care of that area. It is a jungled mess. I am happy to spray the area and get rid of all the icy and other miscellaneous “greenery” but would like to know if that is our responsibility first. Thank you

Potholes all the way from Rockport to summit school. If this could be fixed it would be greatly appreciated. This road is traveled and used a lot .
Right hand stop light wasn't working when coming South off Liberty
At the crossing between walnut and college between the bypass an 17th (next to verve) The westbound lane has a detour sign pointing right. There is only one tiny one way sign. This will end in someone inevitably going the wrong way following the badly placed detour sign.
Dead squirrel in street in front of 305 S Fairview St
Unhoused folks are gathering in the tree line behind the soup kitchen and setting up camp. This is a residentially area that backs up against the mailboxes of the homes in the area. Found many needles and have often heard screaming and fighting in early hours of the morning.
Neighbors put Tree debris there, could you please pick it up Thanks in advance
