On College Avenue between 9th-8th Streets, east side of the road, all but 1 light is out. Reporting for data tracking along with repair request. If not City owned, please advise responsible party if possible. GPS location in uReport is not accurate.

its every where, in town . so many plces need trash picked up. walnut street pike is real bad. smith road, south patterson, lots of misc, all over town.
The street lamp in front of my house blinks and goes out for periods of time. I think the bulb is burning out.
There are potholes on S Burberry Ln.
#16842111 is the last case number for the same problem. The creek behind our house is once again dirty. This has been checked before and happens intermittently and I try to report it when I see it. Apparently, someone upstream is doing something they shouldn't be doing.
