Coming from E Second the STOP sign at the corner of High and Southdowns takes you by surprise because the shrubs on the right side of the street are sticking out quite far. Maybe they can be trimmed?

Signing in leads to a 'runtime error' announcement page. -- I regularly pay my bill online but was happy that a very nice lady at the UtlisDept took my payment over the phone.
