Ms. Vent stated that there is an apartment complex at the corner of Dodds and Henderson as well as a rental property and the the cars are parking on both sides of the street Ms. Vent stated that is there are cars parked there you cannot see to pull out on Henderson Street and if there is a car waiting to pull out you cannot turn on to Dodds. When you are traveling east on Miller Drive and approach the intersection with Maxwell Street, you cannot see the stop sign due the foliage surrounding it. The lot is next to 1254 E. Miller Drive.
