For HAND: this is my annual complaint about the shrubs in front of 401 S High Street. They are starting to encroach on the sidewalk again so that it will be hard for someone with a stroller to pass that part of the sidewalk. And once someone is in the neighborhood, they may want to check out the south-west corner of the Second and High Street intersection. Weeds are starting to creep up the sidewalk there as well. Can you tell me when 8th Street west of Adams will be patched or repaved? CBU finished replacing a water line weeks ago and coming and going is a jarring experience, especially treacherous by bicycle.
