Water is slowly but continuosly leaking from the house at 501 South Mitchell across the Eastside neighborhood pocket park into the storm water runoff ditch. The leak location is close to the house's sewer cleanout and so possibly a sewage leak.
I believe raw sewage is coming out of B-town International Mart into the gutter on the west side of their parking lot on South Auto Mall Road. Today it is then running into the north side of the intersection of Covenanter and South Auto Mall Rd. I walk past sometimes and have noticed it for a month, but today it is worse and the warm temperatures are making it stink. The folks at the Mart don't answer their phone, so I am letting the city know.
Drainage behind Kroger has bright blue tinted discharge coming from residential neighborhood drainage pipe.
There is a bright blue substance has been dumped or drained into the water. Could be water tracing dye but I don’t know.
The 25 MPH street sign on the north side of the road has been tagged with graffiti for a while. It makes it less visible to drivers at night.
Last night someone spray painted a large "Fuck You" on the side of the house. Also a mark on the stop sign. Also a penis on the road at Larkspur and Greentree. BPD was informed.
Our stop sign at the top of the hill facing Graham has had graffiti on it for a long time. I would appreciate it being repainted. Thank you.
