Dirk/Martin: Other/trash: Declark stated that this is not the 1st time crews have not completely emptied his trash can. He wants us to come back & get the rest of his trash. 5 calls re: the same issue in complaint system.

Mr. Mayfield's cable drop was repaird but has not been buried yet. He would like to have his cable drop buried as soon as possible. He also stated that it took many times to reach a human being when he tried to contact Insight.
