Not "resolved", Maria.
New and previous property owners of 917 W Cardinal Ct have both failed to maintain property on the south side of the "creek", resulting in the attached. The actual yard on the north side of the "creek", or overgrown drainage ditch, has been mown once or twice this year. Once, coincidentally, just after the first ticket was submitted. But the property on the south side of the ditch, also belonging to 917 W Cardinal Ct, has not seen a blade in all of 2022. This has resulted in all kinds of extra wildlife living in the grass and wandering / slithering into yards. Their neighbors should be able to enjoy their own properties.

I don't know, Maria. Does this look "resolved" to you?
Property owner of 909 W Cardinal Ct fails to maintain property on the south side of the "creek", resulting in the attached. Overgrowth along the "creek", overgrowth in shrubs, bushes, and trees, and for the past two years (no thanks to the City), skunks have been living in the den created just on the other side of our fence. Husband routinely mows over or startles snakes when mowing two-three strips outside our fence. We're in a city neighborhood, for crying out loud. Kids are supposed to play in the backyard??
I can't believe the growth along the "creek" is aiding drainage at all, nor am I understanding how any of this is hard to find or hard to see, assuming anyone actually performs a site visit. All we want is to be able to enjoy the backyard. This? What's in these pictures? That's not why we moved here.
Street Lights
1400 E 3rd ST

The traffic lights on north-bound Eagleson Avenue between Atwater Ave and 3rd St are mis-timed/out-of-sync. Given the commercial activity that exists within this corridor (Village Pantry/Soma Coffee, etc.) it is absolutely critical that north/south traffic flows easily. City buses, delivery vehicles, and street parking all combine to make this one of the more difficult corridors to navigate. Currently, the Eagleson/3rd St traffic light holds northbound traffic for too long, not allowing the traffic that had been held at Eagleson/Atwater to clear.

Sewer Problems (Storm Sewers)
1701 S Buffstone CT

Hello. I am currently renting a duplex unit at 1701 S Buffstone Ct. Per my landlord, the city is responsible for maintaining the ditches that line E Thornton Dr. There is a lot of debris in the ditches at the moment. When it rains a lot, the ditches fill up with water, and sometimes overflow. Can you please clean up debris from the ditches that line the cul-de-sac? With renting a property, I am not eligible to purchase flood insurance, and so I would greatly appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you!

A large 'Envirosac' filled with waste concrete from a sidewalk repair has been sitting for weeks in the tree plot next to the sidewalk at 535 S. Wash. There is also a lot of gravel and other debris still covering the sidewalk in the repair area. It is a safety hazard, as well as making our neighborhood less attractive.
