We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. Please remove the invasive species--Tree of Heaven---near the water uplift station near the street on the west side of the property. It is growing very fast and spreading. Thank you.

The tree at Site ID: 28394 has been taken over by ivy and is dying. Several large limbs have fallen and pose a danger to pedestrians and vehicles. The latest limb to fall was quite large and fell only a few feet from a car parked on the street. I've moved the limb out of the road and to the side of my driveway but I believe this tree needs to come down to prevent future damage or injury.

Rather than pictures I have videos of the property I am renting from Parker Real Estate Management. They have not complied with their end of my lease and I currently have poison ivy and poison oak growing in my yard. I’ve contacted them about the issue and there has been no movement on correcting it. Would really appreciate if an inspector came by as there is also mold growing in the gutters and overall upkeep of the house is concerning. Thank you.

Kilroy’s has placed a sandwich sign and tables on the sidewalk in front of the bar, narrowing the path. The tables are folded up and maybe are being used as barriers, not for dining, but they are blocking the path. Thanks.
