Turning right from clarizz onto e Moore's the edge of the road is crumbling and there's a large rut forming

I think the water main in front of 2700 S Banta is ruptured - there is water coming out of the cracks in the street and its not snow melt/runoff. A section of the main was replaced a few weeks ago about 50ft south of where this new leak is.

lots of trash, i have picked up alot on this road but cant get this area because of traffic theres no shoulder to the road there. thanks
