Hello! I am a representative of the Bloomington Highlands HOA, and it has been a concern of many neighbors in our neighborhood that people are parking along our streets to access the Clear Creek trail. It is especially problematic at the entrance to our neighborhood along W. Hennessey St. and up S. McDougal St. Could Parks and Rec post signage along the trail and within our neighborhood explaining that parking is permitted at the trail entrance and not within our neighborhood? Resident feeds corn and other food to deer, etc. Attracts rats who live in brush pile in back yard around a tree. Neighbor at 1712 S. Sycamore stated that compliance officer could come into their yard and try to view property at 1711 S. Greenfield.

Our trash can was not emptied today. This issue has happened more than once. Could you please tell me why? We have done everything that we're supposed to do--the trash can is on the subside and more than six feet away from the mailbox. You pick up trash from my neighbors because I can see the other trash cans are sideways or show other signs of being moved. Why leave us out? I am not happy to come home and have to deal with the trash (yet again) that has become very stinky for sitting there under the sun and will become even more so if I wait for another week.
