Hello! Today, March 12, was supposed to be our garbage pick up day but for some reason our garbage bin, placed at the end of our driveway as instructed, was not emptied/collected. Do you know if the garbage service will still come through later today? Our recycling bin was collected/emptied on time this morning by the city service so I’m just wondering about the garbage. This speedbump, on East 1st, between Eastside & Rose, is surrounded by potholes. The attached picture faces west. There always seems to be water standing here. It is unclear whether it is bubbling up from below the ground, or is some sort of stormwater runoff, but it seems to be eroding the street here.
