Loose wire on power line.
Given that we are all house-bound and many of us are taking advantage of this to begin our spring yard clean up early, could the city move yard waste pick up to one week earlier? We have done so much work that our garage is full of bags and would love to do more, but are limited because we have to wait two weeks for the regularly scheduled April 13 pick up. It would be a great service to the community to have this early start and encourage more of us to get outside which is much healthier than staying in, beautifying our city while following stay-at-home orders. Thank you for your feedback. Janette Fishell 1112 East Atwater Avenue Elm Heights Neighborhood
Gravel from this private drive piled up on the path, is spread from here, going east all the way past the performance auto sign.
The side of the street some 4 feet long has sunk into the ground, creating a large hole that regularly fills with water.
Need a tree limb removed along Moores Pike west of our entry. It broke during the storm Saturday night and is currently suspended between the tree and phone lines. I hope it can be removed without damaging our fence. Photo attached.
You should put yellow tape around basketball courts so the bigger kids will understand social distancing etc. I walked past Bryan park courts there were 15 or so people playing basketball I doubt if they were all related
street light usually comes on automatically, have been out for several nights in a row now, and has been intermittent for a while now. Light is on Stonegate Ct. across from 3912 E Stonegate Ct. home.
Why is West Allen St heading West closed? I live at 1207 West Green Tree Lane and would like to know what is the very noisy road work they are doing? Thank you, Nancy Brooks. nabrooks@indiana.edu
I'm not sure which topic to put this under but "Hazards" seems appropriate given the current situation. Our Homeowners Association and property manager are having trouble keeping things under control during this pandemic. There have been resignations and no one seems to be in charge. Landscapers are seen milling about the buildings and grounds without notice or regard to social distancing, let along wearing any PPEs such as face masks. We understand more contractors are on the way, too, and there may be instances of price gauging. Neighbors in this tightly-packed community are understandably concerned for their health and safety. Help/advice is needed. Thank you.
