Reports to Dorothy Granger by multiple concerned citizens about this property being abandoned. Reports of squatters staying at property.
Mary Friedman originally emailed the Office of the Mayor January 14th, 2016 complaining that this property had been abandoned for the last 5 years. At that time coyotes were living in the home. However, she emailed again October 19th, 2016, saying the property is now being occupied by a group of homeless people.
The house is vacant with trash and debris all over the place. Please call Mary Friedman @ the number below with an update.
The yard and home are not being taken care of. The yard is frequently overgrown and the home itself appears to be in disrepair.
There are multiple issues. This home is abandoned. The floor in front of the door is missing and someone can fall directly into the basement. Many dead trees and branches on property. The front door and many windows are wide open. Garage doors have been vandalized and sprayed with graffiti. I have many other photos and can send them if needed.
Yard unkempt, branches strewn about yard, trees not trimmed, property abandoned, unsafe structure.
