Corner of Wylie and South Woodlawn. Pavement has dropped (2 inches?) In the northbound lane of Woodlawn. It's impossible to miss like a pothole because the dropped pavement has formed a hard ledge you jolt over. This would likely throw an e-scooter rider forward over their handlebars. Gives me a serious jolt in the car so very dangerous. It has been previously patched but is continuing to drop quickly. May need to check for collapsed infrastructure under the road. I will take a picture if requested.

I explained that last week was actually his yard waste week and that we would only be picking yard waste up every other week at this time.
