Someone cut the majority of the Ukraine flag down off our building. They had to have had scissors and some kind of a ladder to do it, so it wouldn't have been a spur of the moment thing. Not expecting the city to do anything; just wanted to let you know in case there were other incidences of vandalism that might be similar and help in identifying a person or pattern. Thanks!

Central Indiana, South-Central Indiana), (some/all) of which, are stated: (temporary/conditional) trespass advisories, from (local:(City/Town(s)), (pvt./non-profit, etc.) establishment(s), (year(s):(2015/'16) onward(s)), which has become, (of, recent times), inconvenience to me, (personally), (since, due to, no(fixed) earned income source(s), I don't (presently) have a (fixed/stabilized) place to stay, (e.g. (rental) apartment(s), residential unit(s), etc.), and as a result, I do not have (legal) access to, (fundamental) necessitated (indoor) space(s), (e.g. (restroom/(with/without) shower facility), cooling center(s), etc.). There is a lot of cars parked along auto mall rd that you can not see to safety exit the businesses. I do not know where they are from because most of the businesses parking lots are less than a 1/3 full except for curry. Looks like Curry is using the street as off site parking
There is a trash can at the new I.U. bus stop at the Kinser Pike entrance to Aspen Heights Apartments that has only been emptied a couple of times. It is usually overflowing and has many bees swarming around it. The trash blows around the neighborhood and I worry that one of the IU students (who could be allergic) might get stung by a bee. I assume the city is responsible for emptying this trash. Thanks for helping.
The address is the closest to the issue, but the water I’ve seen is on the west side of High St. As I bike this street, I see that there is water running along the edge of High Street. I don’t know where it originates but I’ve noticed it throughout the summer.
We've just noticed that a tree on the strip of grass between our house and the street has a fairly large branch that likely was damaged in the recent storm. It was not really noticeable until its leaves began to die and turn brown. The rest of the tree is still green, and it appears the branch has not snapped off completely, but could still be dangerous. Is it the city's job to tend to the problem?

East Smith Ave, the portion of the road that 510 East Smith Ave resides on, is a non-residential parking area. This needs to be changed to a residential parking area ASAP. I come home from work with nowhere to park, because people going to bars and frats park there, and park horribly. If every other street around this stretch of East Smith Ave, and the rest of East Smith Ave is residential parking only, this portion should be as well. I am tired of people who don't live on the street leaving their horribly parked cars strewn about, causing severe parking issues. Make this portion of East Smith Ave residential parking only so this problem can be rectified. I know I am not the only resident who has an issue with the street parking on this stretch of road.
There is a big tree that has started falling towards Swain Ave. It is located just north of my property in an old city alleyway. Right now, the tree is held up by two communication lines. I called Duke and they said it was not their lines. I’d hate for it to fall onto someone’s car or worse on Swain Ave.
