1. In front of 803 S. Whitley Drive there is alot of asphalt rubble. At the NE corner of Whitley and Bill Mallory there is a chunk of asphalt that has come out and is sticking up. The concern with both is bicycle safety, etc and that it isn't something that can be cleaned up and put in trash. 2. There are tree branches obstructing the view of the stop sign at the SE corner of Grant and Kirkwood.
Sidewalk blocked by vegetation at 612 n grant st.
Newly patched spot, but it's about two inches lower than the road, had to suddenly slow my moped to 5mph to go over it and that's dangerous.
dumpster meant for construction debris being used for trash, odor attracting animals
trash at back of property, visible from alley, approx. 8 bags
The pavement on Park, just south of the intersection with Wilson, is crumbling. There are several areas with no pavement at all, just gravel.
Brush pile. Pile of wood (like a whole tree cut up) on north property line. Not stacked like firewood.
Dave from Restaurant Tallent says there is a big problem with rats in N/S alley behind Bluebird and his store. Wondered if it was related to Butch's closing recently. Does not appear to be due to dumpster problems.
