Constantly walks his two dogs, Rottweiler and Newfoundland, off-leash around the area. They chase down people and dogs and he shrugs it off when people yell at him for it.

His property is also not kept up at all, regularly storing large appliances on his front porch (like washers and dryers) failing to repair gutters and siding, and allowing excessive overgrowth in his front yard. He brings the home values of the whole street down with his neglect.
Road is being blocked - this home appears to be running a mechanics shop out of their garage and they have accumulated 5-6 large trucks which they are always repairing as well as a gooseneck trailer making this area unsafe for pedestrians
