Some asphalt on the cul-de-sac has been gradually eroding due to repeated heavy large vehicle traffic over the years (mostly trash and recycling trucks, but also Amazon, UPS, etc). This patch has been growing over the past six or seven years, and will only extend further into the street as time goes by. Photo is attached (bucket is for size reference). Thanks!

There hole the street that someone could fall and trip into / over in front of my house. It appears to be done by a utility company as it is marked FP but it does not have any protective cones around it. As this is a safety hazard, please confirm you can either block it off or repair it asap. Thank you!

I cannot describe the pain I felt when I drove into this deep pothole. Please take note of this. It is in the middle of the way of the parking space, right across from Papa John’s Pizza Restaurant.
