The bus stop and sidewalk at the southeast corner of Covenanter and S Auto Mall Rd is covered by ice and compacted snow. The sidewalk is just as bad all the way to College Mall Rd on the south side of the street. My family member has challenges walking on uneven and slippery ground and is fearful of falling and breaking his hip again. He has to walk from the bus stop to the Shoppes. The property owner needs to remedy the situation immediately. They know the law. So they should be fined for every day since the first snowfall last week.

Large pothole on the corner of Allendale and Browning Lane (at the base of the Stop sign) in Sherwood Oaks subdivision. It fills with water every time it rains. When it freezes over it is very hazardous. Thank you for taking care of this issue.

On Sep 23 Cook Medical hosted a car show and used all disabled parking spots cone them off for show cars to use. They directed peoples working within the facility with disabled permt parking to park in the very rear of the parking lot.

To who it may concern, After 3 or more maintenance requests in the last week for our air conditioning at apartment 123 of The Arch Bloomington, the General manager will not do anything about it beyond sending maintenance to keep adding free-on when there is an obvious other issue.
