Our neighbors who live at 526 N Lincoln street have had trash piling up around their trash cans for atleast a month and have yet to take their trash out to the curb on trash day. The trash is now spilling out into our yard and is starting to smell. Their back porch is also filled with empty boxes and more trash bags that have yet to be taken out as well.

Light at 10th and the Bypass does not permit eastbound traffic through while a train is passing by. Eastbound traffic turning right to go south can still proceed via a right on red, but traffic that would not be backing up due to the train does not get a green signal until the train has passed. Electrical outlet on the south side of Madison very near the 10th and Madison intersection in the Trades District. Hopefully the exposed wires aren’t live, but I didn’t want to touch them to find out…

Off of the parking lot directly behind this house is a large pothole on the left edge of the alley as your enter onto W 8th St. heading towards Walnut St. This is the alley directly behind Sports on Walnut St
