My tree branches were not picked up despite being at the curb last week. I created a ticket last week with UReport. Rhea closed the ticket stating that I was told what to do. That is false. No one ever contacted us and the ticket was closed without anything being done or fixed

I was riding in the Woodlawn bike lane today going south and it was full of rocks and debris. It ended up popping my bike tire. Please keep the bike lanes clean, especially on busy roads like Woodlawn where riding into the road would have gotten me hit by a car.

The North/South alley between 810 W. 7th and 804 W. 7th is being encroached upon by gardens, woodpiles, trees/vegetation and possibly the fence and cinder block garage owned by 810 W 7th St. As a result, the alley traffic is being diverted outside of the alley right of way and onto the private property located at 804 W. 7th. This appears to have been going on for a number of years. As the new owner of 804 W. 7th St., it is my full intention to re-claim the property/property line currently being encroached upon and proceed with renovations. I request that the Street Dept contact the owner of 810 W. 7th and order the encroachments be removed. With the assistance of a surveyor, I have located the NW and SW corner pins delineating the right of way and pounded new T posts just outside of the right of way in those spots and plan to post the entire property line once the encroachments are removed. Were I to reclaim the property line today, the alley would become impassible due to said encroachments. I request your assistance in remedying this situation in a civil and legal manner, as requests to the homeowner of 810 W.7th have fallen upon deaf ears. I request that you keep me in the loop regarding this issue. I would be happy to meet with a representative of the street dept, with survey in hand, to assist in clarifying and remedying this issue, as renovations of 804 W. 7th will begin in a few weeks. The City does not maintain the trees between the sidewalk and the street on Adams. The trees and brush are overgrown with invasive species and the local residents are spending hours and money trying to maintain the weeds/trees that are impeding their property. The sidewalk is not accessible because the City has not maintained their portion of the land between the sidewalk and the street.

I live directly across from the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity house and the light on their property shines directly into my bedroom window at night and on my head where I sleep. I was hoping it could be possible to make them turn them off? There is nobody living at the house right now so I am unsure how to go about asking them myself.

Identical issue to cases 171211, 181052, and 192902. Retaining wall is collapsing on the NW corner of lot at the intersection of Lincoln and the alley north of the property. Large stone is *again* blocking the sidewalk. This has become an annual problem. Property owner should request services of an actual mason to fix the issue once and for all.

East 7th is unique in that it is two parallel roads each with its own signage. Stop signs have been installed, removed and reinstalled at various intersections. No where else is there traffic going the opposite direction (west) on both sides of an eastbound vehicular lane. Nor is there another pair of lanes going east with a westbound lane in between them anywhere else in town. The stop signs become more critical due to the additional complexity. Going east the vehicular lanes cannot see their signs. The bike next to me yesterday blew thru every sign while pointing at drivers at the intersections. When the motorized bike, electric scooter etc. keeps going as he did the car driver will instinctively assume the same especially if there isn't a sign visible until the last minute. Delivery trucks, city maintenance vehicles, and trash bins blocking one or the other at times create confusion. Remove the trees and, if a barrier is deemed necessary, plant low bushes.
