I just went to pull my recycling bin back to my garage when I found that the bin is still full of recycling. Why?

Recycling was left. Our items were sorted and not in violation. Nothing was left indicating violation.

recycling not picked up on Monday 11.27.23, I called and left message monday 11.27.23. 2 other houses on same street also missed. Recycle Bin still out, is full, needs to be picked up. They appear to be missed as I've talked to 2 other neighbors one next door, one across and 2 houses up also missed
