The whole area in the Adam's Hill Farm Addition has blatant disregard for clearing sidewalks of snow. It is icy and dangerous for the school children within the "no bus service" walking to Summit Elementary, people walking their dogs and exercisers.
The construction at the corner of 11th and Walnut of the new apartment building has left this area of Walnut hazardous and capable in inflicting vehicle damage even when travelling slowing, especially the utility cut across Walnut which has not been filled in to be even with the road surface. This is the same type of problem that existed at 11th and Rogers but is horizontal across the street instead of diagonal across the intersection. The problem at 11th was fixed but this one needs attention ASAP to prevent damage to vehicles and subsequent claims to the city for that damage. There are also breaks and holes and bumps in the pavement at the crest and going down the other side towards 12th street and so on. caller informs a Hobo village has left lots of trash, across the street from Cascades Village Apts. On Old 37 north...east side of the road. Caller thought since its winter it would be easier to access, he mentioned there was enough trash for two garbage trucks.
