THERE IS A FIRE HYDRANT BESIDE HOSPITALITY HOUSE THAT THE CAP IS VERY HARD TO REMOVE.

This entire road and every road touching it in completely trashed with people who have littered from what looks like over a year.
SEWER BACKUP AT MANHOLE
