We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. This is the third time that resident has been written up for failure to comply with trash ordinances since 8-11-11. Resident has also spoken with the Sanitation Director on one occasion. During that conversation, Shelby advised the resident that we would not be able to pick up trash if it was in a container over 35 gallons (their can is 50 gallons), overweight, and not stickered.
It is impossible to continue to walk on E. Second just past the wooden foot bridge, going towards the intersection of High and Second, because of these branches. Hello - I am the manager of the Osage Place Homeowner Association. The Board of the Osage Place neighborhood is wondering if it is possible to stripe parking spaces on Bernard Street. The goal is to help identify parking spaces and alleviate those parking improperly and leaving large distances (but not enough to park) when parking on the street. Caller said the southeast corner of this trailer park has a lot of tree limbs and brush that is waist high.
In this area there's a lot of uneven road/semi potholes. Some have been filled some have not.
In alley just north of 5th betw Union and Bryan. Very rough alley.
