While inspecting the apartments next to this, the agent complained about the over flowing dumpster in the alley behind this building. Says is has been like this for 2 weeks.

During the month of July, Insight trimmed back branches away from their equipment. The equipment was left unsecured and the branches left. After a few phone calls to Insight, the box was secured, however, the branches have not be removed. Please see the attached memo for detailed information regarding this complaint.
