The Zinks say the county put a culvert under Cinrad Dr. 20 yrs ago and told them they would have to put in a pipe across their yard. The upstream end of the County culvert under Conrad was smashed about 10 yrs ago. Mr. Zink has tried to fix it with a jack but hasn't had much success. Staff from our office recently received a complaint from an adjacent lend owner, concerning sediment being carried onto their property from your lot. Upon being inspected, your property did indead have some erosion occuring. It is a violation of state law and county land use ordinance for dediment to be carried off of you property and onto an adjacent land owner's.
