Thurs-B/ Missed pick-up/Other/Trash: She has used orange bags without orange stickers since Feb 95 & you've picked up her trash! Yet Thursday you left her a notice that apprpriate stickers weren't attached. I explained service, but she wants to know how/why? thank you, Tricia

This house is abandoned and has been for at least the 8 years we've lived on the street. There is often excessive overgrowth and the backyard is literally growing INTO the structure of the home. It's a fire hazard and a danger to young children in the neighborhood. Recently, we tried to get our escaped cat from the backyard and I was absolutely stunned by the horrible conditions I saw in the rear of the home. Pests are likely breeding like crazy in the home - we've had two RATS killed by our cat in our yard this year. I've seen roaches on the driveway. It's awful! WHY can't the city do ANYTHING about this abandoned danger before something major happens?
