Dumpsters continue to overflow every week and sits there until there’s a complaint. There are more than 30 rentals using this 1 dumpster includes townhouses and apartments on both sides of Dorchester Drive and might not be sufficient. Also it’s very hard to access at all due to the doors and concrete pad, might need some attention. Thank you.

This stretch of South Oakdale Drive continues to be a constant dumping ground for litter. I myself have gone out to pick up litter on a multitude of occasions, yet despite my efforts, litter is persistently left. This is terrible to look at as you have to take this road in and out of the apartment complex. I am not entirely sure what can be done, but I do believe this to be within city jurisdiction.
Letter was rec'd. from Mr. Polus who requested that watering credits be based on bills for January and March rather than April and May due to large amounts of watering done early in year.
