Turn signal bulb for west bound traffic on 3rd is out
Turn signal bulb for west bound traffic on 3rd is out
The left turn light on E 3rd turning left onto high street is out. The regular lights will turn green but will not turn on the left signal, when I was turning I noticed that the other side of the street still had red lights which meant the turn light should have been on but it’s not. It’s really making traffic heavy in that area and causing a lot of confusion.
The southbound turn arrow on westbound 3rd street is not functioning.
Howdy! Car parked in 3rd St bicycle lane next to Swain Hall West. Vehicle: Silver Chevrolet HHR License: Indiana 342EKM (PS I have a photo, but uReport currently won't let me submit reports with photos attached)
There are potholes on 3rd. Please fill those in
Driver reported that the left turn lane arrow was not working properly, stuck on red.
Turning south on College Mall from westbound 3rd is getting backed up because the signal at College Mall and the entrance to the mall doesn't turn green for southbound traffic in time. The result is that traffic travelling East on 3rd cannot proceed trough the intersection.
The pedestrian street Button to cross E 3rd St perpendicular to Pete Ellis Dr (south side of street, in front of Funeral Home) does not work, has been out of order for months.
The Granite Loftin Apartments on 3rd street added a Taco Bell to end of building. The residents have a lease that states only permit parking allowed and all others will be towed. Taco Bell is allowing customers to park in lot designated for residents without permits. They should be towed without permits. Lofton Apartments(Granite) on 3rd Street.
There’s still snow on 3rd between Walnut and College, on the south side of the street adjacent to the county building used for early voting. And there’s still snow on either side of the overpass on 3rd leading to the B-Line trail. It hasn’t snowed in almost two weeks. Why build a trail for pedestrians if you don’t make it easy to get to the trail? Please do better in the next snowstorm.
